Our Special Projects Division has a highly trained and experienced team of operatives who predominantly specialise in the unique needs of the Food and Drink Industry.
We carry out works countrywide varying from high speed bottling or canning line installations to Hazardous area maturation warehouse upgrades and complex process control systems.
Our Special Projects management teams’ involvement within the Scottish Whisky Industry dates back to the early 1980’s and they have individually and collectively been involved in many of its distinctive projects.
In addition to the food and drinks industry, the Special projects division also carries out works in the health sector, pharmaceutical, telecommunication and fuel distribution systems business streams.
Many of our operatives have hazardous area CompEx Certification and all of our operatives are fully Health & Safety (ECS) trained for working in this style of environment.
Recent and on going works include a new bottling line in Fife, a production to maturation storage facility conversion in Ayrshire, a rolling programme of maturation warehouse upgrades in North Lanarkshire & Dunbartonshire and a process control instrumentation system in Glasgow.
We offer PUWER & DSEAR studies & surveys, complete with supporting documentation and on many projects fulfil the role of principal contractor.
Our valued operatives are equally at ease working as part of either ours or our client’s team and on many occasions we supply them when requested to support clients needs.
